Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry preparation, with a commitment to creating high-quality baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of Bagels, pastries, and Croissants while ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

Duties

• Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cookies.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients; assist in ordering as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens and other baking tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production of baked items for service.
• Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance the bakery offerings.

Skills

• Proficient in various baking techniques and pastry preparation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
• Experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food production processes and quality control measures.
