Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the outdoor areas of our property. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and grounds maintenance.

Duties:
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools for landscaping work
- Irrigate lawns and garden beds as needed
- Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris
- Assist with seasonal landscaping projects

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for landscaping tasks
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with landscape design
- Familiarity with irrigation systems
- Certification in groundskeeping or landscaping
