Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET.
Job Summary
Responsible to follow established procedures to review, verify and process incoming insurance related documentation. Job tasks provide support to technical teams. This position will include responsibilities of the following functional area: Mail, Administrative Support, Process Services, Electronic Imaging, Financial Support, First Notice of Loss and General Clerical Support.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Communication / Phone Skills: Effective verbal and written communications skills. Certain aspects of this position may require speaking with our Claimants, Insured’s, Agents and vendors as well as internal customers to obtain additional Claim related information or verify details of documents received.
Computer Skills: Must have strong PC skills for recordkeeping and research and strong working knowledge of Outlook 365 and Microsoft Office. Comfortable navigating between computer screens and different systems.
Data Entry Skills: Some aspects of this position may require entry of data into Claimant or Insured’s file. Prior experience transcribing meeting or interview notes helpful, but not required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service position helpful.
