The Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) leads a team of skilled IAM engineers, responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures that regulate user access to systems, applications, and data within the organization. This role ensures compliance with security regulations by managing user identities and access rights throughout their lifecycle. The manager oversees risk assessments and audits to safeguard data integrity and prevent unauthorized access. Collaborating with IT and business management, the manager ensures alignment of priorities and plans to support key business objectives. The role involves guiding a technically proficient and motivated team toward achieving both company goals and personal development. Additionally, the manager works closely with a global IAM team located in Spain and local operational staff to integrate new technologies, applications, and security systems into operational workflows and to address training needs. This position reports to the Chief Security Officer.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent related experience preferred. CISSP is required.
- Experience: 8-9 years or Master's Degree equivalent plus 5-7 years.
- Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects within a functional area.
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts, principles, best practices, and technologies such as SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC), IGA, PAM, cloud and on-premise directories.
- Experience in automating IAM processes such as user provisioning, deprovisioning, transfers, and access reviews.
- Strong knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g. NIST CSF, ISO 2700) and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI, CPRA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing user identities, policies, and compliance for hybrid and cloud environments.
- Fluent verbal / written skills in both Spanish and English highly preferred.
