Position Summary : The Certified Nursing Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering compassionate, hands-on care to our residents. At Maplewood at Danbury, we are currently seeking dedicated individuals for Full-time, Part-time, and per diem positions across all shifts. Current CT Nurse's Aide Registration is a must. Prior to employment, candidates will undergo comprehensive pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug screening, and reference checks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Providing residents with assistance in daily activities, including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility support.
- Engaging residents in meaningful interactions, conversations, and participation in programs and activities.
- Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure that all resident care needs are met effectively.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and secure environment, assisting residents in keeping their rooms organized and comfortable.
