Do you have experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Recruitment / Staffing, or Talent Acquisition?
Relevant experience for this HR Staffing Specialist support role is needed. Support HR operations for a large manufacturer.
Spanish is a must and a background in HR, payroll, customer service, and employee relations is also needed.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other departments to understand staffing needs and provide timely staffing solutions.
- Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Communicate and help address employee issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist with investigations and recommend appropriate actions in response to employee complaints or incidents.
- Work with payroll processing for the client’s onsite staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate with the corporate HR team to ensure accurate benefits administration and enrollment.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service to the client and their employees.
- Work in the development and implementation of strategies to improve client relations and employee engagement.
- Regularly meet with hiring team to review staffing needs, performance metrics, and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing, payroll, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on staffing, payroll, and employee relations.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
