This position will work 8:00 A.M to 4:30 P.M. at variable locations. No weekends, no Holidays.

This position will be required to live within the Compass Memorial Healthcare service area.

Current licensure or evidence of application for licensure as a registered pharmacist in the State of Iowa.

Minimum two years of inpatient-hospital experience required or completion of ASHP PGY1 Residency Program.

Experience in oncology or pharmacist-led ambulatory programs (e.g. Anticoagulation Clinic, Multi-Specialty) highly desirable. BLS, ACLS, and PALS are desirable.
