Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled front desk assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, handling parent questions, working with all departments on campus, preparing documents, and corresponding with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed
- Type, format, and proofread various documents
- Maintain electronic and paper files
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize computerized systems for typing and record-keeping
- Provide bilingual support when required
Experience
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages is preferred
- Experience in medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Strong customer support skills
- Excellent data entry abilities
- Administrative experience is beneficial
- Competency in using computerized systems for typing
- Knowledge of Skyward and Raptor software is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.05 - $19.50 per hour
