Mark Young Construction is Hiring a Concrete Foreman Near Denver, CO
Mark Young Construction, LLC (MYC) has an excellent opportunity for Concrete Foreman’s to join us as we continue to grow!
Concrete Foreman’s work closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers/Project Managers and others on his/her team. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience working in the commercial construction industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Layout – set SOG forms
- Install keyway
- Determine water content for concrete (slump)
- Operate Power Trowel
- Concrete steps, form and place
- Free Hand Curb and Gutter
- Order concrete through Superintendent
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to attain safety training certificates/cards including OSHA 30 Hour
- Fluent in English
- Ability to obtain ACI Certifications
- Have personal tools – float, edger, jointer, boots
- Have own transportation
- Ability to perform work to MYC standards
