Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for preparing a high volume of customer sales orders and invoices, maintaining customer relationships, posting payments to customer accounts, and preparing supporting documentation. About The Opportunity
MarketOnce is seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing finance and accounting team. Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for preparing a high volume of customer sales orders and invoices, maintaining customer relationships, posting payments to customer accounts, and preparing supporting documentation. This is a dynamic opportunity to enhance processes, utilize advanced financial tools, and broaden your expertise within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
- Generate accurate and timely billing and invoices in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple entities
- Respond to client billing questions and resolve any concerns.
- Monitor the status of accounts and balances and identify, report and/or investigate and resolve any inconsistencies.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other accounting software to identify outstanding accounts.
- Develop thorough reports on billing activity with clear, reliable data.
- Deliver invoices to clients via email or digital software.
- Responsible for collecting open balances while maintaining accurate and detailed files on efforts.
- Support the accounting team during annual audit and field audits.
- 3-5 years of relevant accounts receivable experience
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is preferred
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's, Formulas, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- Working knowledge of an accounts receivable system.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team.
- Competitive base salary: $48,000 - $60,000

- 1st Round: 30-minute interview with the Recruiter, followed by an aptitude assessment within 24-48 hrs
- 2nd Round: 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
- 3rd Round: 2 hours of interviews with the Hiring Team, onsite unless the candidate is remote
