Activity Management
- Manage portfolio of 50 high-priority ICP accounts
- Execute 65 daily high-value, personalized touches
- Respond within 60 minutes to engaged accounts
- Structure day around:
- Strategic research and personalization (AM)
- High-priority outreach and conversations (Mid-day)
- Account planning and follow-ups (PM)
- Generate 7-9 qualified leads monthly
- Maintain 40% qualified lead-to-opportunity conversion
- Build multi-threaded relationships (5-9 stakeholders per account)
- Present MarketOne solutions to multiple prospective buying groups
- Talk-time ratio in customer conversations
- Use of required discovery questions and value statements
- Multi-threading success rate (engaging multiple stakeholders)
- Personalization quality in outreach
- Follow-up and documentation completeness
- Use of sales engagement tools and playbooks
Required Qualifications
Experience & Education
- BA degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience in enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in similar roles
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation
