Role Overview
As an Account Development Representative, you'll be critical to our growing GTM team, focusing on expanding our client base and deepening relationships with innovative global customers. You'll source, nurture, and qualify leads across our comprehensive service portfolio:
  • Marketing Technology Advisory
  • Marketing Platform Engineering
  • Digital Production Services
  • Account-based Experience (ABX)
  • Sales Development 360 (SD360™) Platform
  • AI-Powered SDR Solutions
  • Data & Reporting Services

Day-to-Day Activities & Performance Expectations
Activity Management
  • Manage portfolio of 50 high-priority ICP accounts
  • Execute 65 daily high-value, personalized touches
  • Respond within 60 minutes to engaged accounts
  • Structure day around:
  • Strategic research and personalization (AM)
  • High-priority outreach and conversations (Mid-day)
  • Account planning and follow-ups (PM)
Pipeline Development
  • Generate 7-9 qualified leads monthly
  • Maintain 40% qualified lead-to-opportunity conversion
  • Build multi-threaded relationships (5-9 stakeholders per account)
  • Present MarketOne solutions to multiple prospective buying groups
Maintain Quality Activities, based on:
  • Talk-time ratio in customer conversations
  • Use of required discovery questions and value statements
  • Multi-threading success rate (engaging multiple stakeholders)
  • Personalization quality in outreach
  • Follow-up and documentation completeness
  • Use of sales engagement tools and playbooks

Required Qualifications
Experience & Education
  • BA degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience in enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in similar roles
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation

  • Intent Signals / ABM Platforms (6sense, Demandbase)
  • Conversation Intelligence tools (Gong, Drift, Chorus)
  • CRM (Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot)
  • Social Selling (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Data Intelligence Tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Clay)

Development Path
  • 2-week ramp to first qualified outreach
  • 3-month path to full productivity
  • 6-9 months role tenure before advancement consideration
  • Regular participation in sales methodology training
  • Clear advancement path toward enterprise sales roles
