What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist position at Marriott Realty Group?

Responsibilities:- Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
- Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again
- Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
- Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
- Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent
- 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
- Applicants must have a real estate license
- Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
