What will you do?

In this role, you will draft and prepare drawings of simple easily visualized structures, systems, parts, or equipment from sketches or marked-up prints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate assembly and layout drawings of equipment in the fast-paced work environment.
• Generate detailed shop prints.
• Generate flat pattern work for laser cutting.
• Work with Project engineers and other departments to meet deadlines on projects.
• Performs straightforward or routine work under supervision.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Competencies:

• Minimum Associates Degree in engineering or 3D modeling required
• AutoCAD drafting skills required
• Knowledge of Solid-Edge and Inventor CAD Software
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong communication skills
• Ability to work full time with additional opportunities for overtime (may include Saturday)
• Must be able to work scheduled hours and comply with the company’s timekeeping policy and all other company policies
• Knowledge of basic machining practices and materials is a plus, as is general mechanical knowledge
