As a member of the Martin’s Family, the Sanitation Lead is responsible for maintaining the food safe quality of our product by following standard operating procedures to exceed industry and federal cleaning and sanitizing requirements. Is a proactive thinker by continuously leaning about federally mandated standards, is innovative, efficient, and effective in the cleaning and sanitizing processes.
