General Manager

Job Overview
We seek a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced, polished, casual dining environment. As the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of food quality and service, and foster a positive work environment for staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, service management, and staff training.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.
• Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a polished setting.
• Strong knowledge of food service management principles, including food production and preparation techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service in the hospitality industry.
