POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Administrative Assistant II, Initial Formation Staff and the Rector of Initial Formation.
This is a part-time position with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative or secretarial experience is required
- High competence in filing, bookkeeping and operation of office equipment (fax machines, copiers, printers)
- Excellent telephone, reception and hospitality skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Valid Driver’s License
