Partner Logistics Coordinator – Hagerstown
In this role, the employee will handle all partner orders, which include branch pick-ups, agency deliveries, and product allocations. They will collaborate with the Hagerstown Operations Supervisor and Community Programs and Neighbor Engagement teams to assist with the strategic and fair distribution of food. Employees will also switch between various activities to provide support.

Partner Logistics Coordinator – Hagerstown
In this role, the employee will handle all partner orders, which include branch pick-ups, agency deliveries, and product allocations. Primary Responsibilities
- Partner Services for agency account management and financial grants accounting
- Logistical programming with Pantry-on-the-Go (POTG), creating holiday meals and employee Farmer’s Market orders, processing online orders, and troubleshooting systems
- The handling and organization of old inventory using systems that improve accuracy and efficiency
- Assists and supports local inventory management to ensure that items are available and accurate
- Provide support for administrative and partner services and keep departmental files in line with MFB and Feeding America documentation guidelines
- Provides service and technical help to partner agencies, including support for branch activities, systems assistance, and troubleshooting of the partner order management system.
- Collaborates with the warehouse team to ensure proper inventory placement and perform cycle counts while reducing unnecessary duplicate movements whenever possible
- High school diploma or GED / An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- 1 or more years warehouse experience
- An associate’s degree is preferred with at least three (3) years of experience in a customer service and/or order system management-related role
- Goal-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Forklift experience
- Experience in project management from planning to executing, tracking, and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and problem-solving skills
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) with demonstrated strong math skills
- The Partner Logistics Coordinator will perform job duties in a warehouse environment, which will have varying noise and temperature conditions.
