Fulfillment Center Team Member
JOB SUMMARY :
To perform shipping, return and receiving functions at Mason distribution centers and assist in other distribution center duties as needed.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONBILITIES :

- Unload trucks and distribute product to designated area.
- Enter purchase order (P.O.) into the warehouse management system, scan product into the system and apply printed label to the case to be put to bin.
- Perform audits to ensure the received items match the packing slip for quantity and correct item, send Quality Action Request (QAR) to Quality Control Department as needed and / or communicate with other departments as necessary for problem resolution.
- Open cases and scan product to bin; cut down boxes.
- Pick product from the bin or pallet, place correct picking label on the item and place on conveyor or deliver to packing area.
- Scan item into the warehouse management system to confirm correct pick and to obtain shipping label, place / pack item in the correct size box with the designated materials and seal package for shipment.
- Perform inventory control functions including adjustment of items into and out of inventory, problem resolution, cycle counting, correction of errors, etc.
- Process priority shipments, coordinate dock activities and work with carriers to assure they have proper documentation.
- Perform inventory cycle counts. Use RF equipment to scan items in bin for accountability and to maintain inventory accuracy.
