As a Receptionist, you will carry out our Mission of Love by performing various clerical duties.
Our Receptionist is responsible for the following:
- Greet and welcome guests (employees, residents and visitors).
- Screen employees, residents and visitors.
- Maintain reception desk; answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls; provide general information regarding our campus and services.
- Maintain files and other records as directed.
- Perform unscheduled administrative tasks as directed, i.e. schedule meetings, type documents, data entry, mailings.
- Keep watch of door entries.
- Electronically submit work requests as requested.
- Receive packages and notify residents of such.
What You Have:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Great communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Possess exceptional phone and computer skills.
- A high attention to detail and ability to multi-task and stay organized.
