Job Description
This position is open only to students currently enrolled at MCLA, who have been awarded federal work study.

- Assisting students and/or parents with the financial aid process and applications
- Answering phones and handling the front counter traffic regarding applications questions and process
- Filing, copying and typing; some computer work regarding Banner, Excel, Word, etc
- Creating packets for application materials, award packets, loan information, etc
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Ability to work on MS programs (Word, Excel, etc)
- Reliable
- Hard Worker
