As a Customer Service Maintenance Associate , where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of our storage facilities. Your duties span lead management, sales, customer service, unit inventory, brand standards, security, delinquency management, auction processes, daily business reconciliation, and maintenance.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Customer Service Duties:
  • Proactively manage leads and facilitate rental agreements through a structured sales process.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide outstanding service.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of unit availability and cleanliness through regular walkthroughs.
  • Maintain lighting and security camera functionality to enhance the customer experience.
  • Safeguard the facility and tenants' belongings.
  • Manage delinquent accounts through collection calls and established procedures.
  • Facilitate auctions for units with unpaid accounts, adhering to legal and company guidelines.
  • Accurately record and manage rent payments and financial transactions.
  • Support customer payment processing when needed.
Maintenance Duties:
  • Oversee maintenance tasks, landscaping, pest control, snow removal, and provide operational reporting.
  • Assist with DaVinci reconciliation processes if required.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for previous sales, customer service, and property management experience.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with flexibility for weekend or evening shifts.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail in unit inventory management, brand standards, security protocols, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in effective delinquency management, including collection calls, auctions, and daily business reconciliation while maintaining accuracy and reliability.
  • Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
