For over 25 years, Massage Therapeutic Arts has been bringing hands-on care to the people of Buffalo. Massage Therapeutic Arts is searching for an Appointment Coordinator/Receptionist to join our busy and growing practice in historic Buffalo. The ideal candidate must have experience in fast-paced office setting or a related hands-on front desk role.
Appointment Coordinator/Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Manage the team calendar and coordinate appointments
- Greet patients and process payments
- Answer phone calls and e-mails, make phone calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments
- Light housekeeping (must be able to climb stairs)
- Other miscellaneous office duties
- Flexible Schedule – including some evenings and Saturdays
Appointment Coordinator/ Front Desk Receptionist skills:
- Phone etiquette
- Computer literate
- Able to work on a team, we are a small office
- Able to maintain composure and problem solve with unusual or difficult circumstances
