You'll lead visual identity initiatives for class launches and new products, working at the intersection of education, entertainment and tech to create inspiring, cohesive brand experiences.What You Will Do : Transform strategic briefs into bold creative concepts that balance brand and performanceLead art direction for class launch campaigns, from concepting through executionDirect and inform on-set photography to capture compelling class imageryCreate high-performing visual solutions for paid ads and social channelsAlign with and anticipate opportunities to elevate brand guidelinesPartner closely with performance marketing teams to optimize creativeAbout You 6-8 years of experience in brand design, with expertise in photographyTrack record of leading complex design projects with multiple stakeholdersProven ability to work quickly and iterate based on feedbackPortfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and systems thinkingExcellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills in remote settingsSelf-directed with ability to create clarity from ambiguityAt MasterClass, we believe we put our best work forward when our employees bring together ideas that are diverse in thought.
