Masterson Staffing Solutions is Hiring a Manufacturing Assembler- 1st shift- 6:30am-3pm Near New Berlin, WI
Our client in the New Berlin area is seeking an assembler. They specialize in making products that add protection, safety, and security for other equipment manufacturers. Some of the industries include automation, medical, emergency vehicles, transportation, sports, machine tool, construction, and even movie props – like the bus bellow in the movie Dead Pool 2!

Daily Duties of Assembler:
- Assemble and finish various Dynatect products.
- Layout, measure, cut, bond and assemble variety of Dynatect products.
- Operate machines and hand tools (manual and air-operated).
- Minor machine operation.
- Read blueprints and job cards to be able to prioritize scheduled jobs.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- To be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Basic math skills are required
- To be able to read a ruler or tape measure.
- To be able to frequently stand and walk.
- To be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- To be at least 18 years old.
- To be able to read blueprints is preferred.
