Clinical Associate I, II, or III – Intensive Case Management

Full-Time

About the Team

The Intensive Case Management (ICM) team works with adults who have acute mental health needs and require ongoing support. The ICM team provides community-based evaluation, outreach, support services, advocacy, community living and problem-solving skills, and assists individuals with achieving self-sufficiency. Members of the team include clinicians, clinical associates, substance abuse specialists, peer support specialists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
  
What You’ll Do

  • Provide case management support to clients in connecting to community resources as well as skill building, focusing on extending skills learned in therapy
  • Assist clients in meeting overall goals as identified in treatment plan; to include areas of management of daily routine/skills building, basic home upkeep, employment, housing, and treatment program attendance and education

  • Pay Range is $19.23 to $30.81/hour DOE (see below)
  • This position is eligible for annual incentive opportunities

  • Three weeks of PTO for the first year; six weeks of PTO after the first year; 10 paid holidays
  • The part-time positions are eligible for paid time off and two floating holidays per year. Both are eligible to participate in an annual incentive plan. 

What We Need from You

Clinical Associate I - $19.23 - $26.02

  • You have a high school diploma or GED (Associate Degree applicants greatly encouraged to apply)
  • You have one year's experience working in health care, home health, or mental health service settings with an adult population who has experience a severe and persistent mental illness
  • Valid drivers license with a 5-year clean driving record

Clinical Associate II - $21.00 - $28.41

  • High school diploma or GED. (Associate Degree applicants greatly encouraged to apply)
  • Two years of case management experience working with mentally ill adults in relevant settings such alcohol, drug, developmental disability, physical rehabilitation, etc.
  • Valid drivers license with a 5-year clean driving record

Clinical Associate III - $22.78 - $30.81

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human-services field such as social work, psychology, etc.
  • Five years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
  • Valid drivers license with a 5-year clean driving record

Preference will be given to candidates who have completed Peer Support Training and have experience in a Clinical Associate/Case Management/Peer Support Role.
