Responsibilities:
- Develop retail program sales strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Track and monitor retail performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Hire, develop, and coach new hires in Lead generation techniques. Use leadership by example.
- Create successful territories through account development.
- Plan, control, and direct the sales team’s programs/ activities related to sales functions and customer service.
- Drive key account growth personally and through others.
- Provide guidance and support to sales team and ensure adherence to performance standards.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of Sales experience
- Proven experience in retail management, and program development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS office and other software programs

Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $22-$26/hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
