Mavens Marketing Group is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Wilmington!

The ideal candidate will be sales and team-oriented, display strong attention to detail, and maintain professionalism at all times.The Retail Sales Associate is a skilled multi-tasker and demonstrates creative leadership methods to motivate employees.

This is an Entry-Level position with growth and travel opportunity!

This will be an on-site position

Responsibilities:

• Sales services – Manage all store sales, report daily sales and perform inventory counts as needed and work with local and regional leaders to create new, cost-effective displays and strategies
• Customer Service – Respond to customer issues and resolve their needs as they arise.
• Motivate - the sales team with effective communication and teamwork!
