As a vital part of our operations, the Warehouse Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods in and out as well as the organization of our facility. For 1st shift (8am - 5pm).

Responsibilities
- Assist with the Inventory and receiving process, from the arrival of goods to their distribution or storage.
- Act as backup to other shipping and inventory clerks as needed.
- Assist with the flow of materials in the warehouse for pending and completed jobs
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, including quantity, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Inspect packages for damages and report any discrepancies to the appropriate parties.
- Work and collaborate with a team of shipping and receiving personnel, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Maintain the forklifts including service, battery charging and cleanliness.
- Warehouse organization including racks, bulk inventory, hardware, and various supplies.
- Contribute to the counting of inventory levels and track stock movement to avoid shortages and overstock situations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all shipping and receiving processes.
- Utilize computer systems and software to record and plan shipments, track shipments, inventory, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, production, and customer service, to streamline operations and improve communication.
- Oversee the tool closet and hardware stations including organization which includes making sure tools are returned and organized daily.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written (Bi-lingual a plus)
- Previous forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Proven experience as a Shipping and Receiving clerk or a similar role in logistics and supply chain management.
- In-depth knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using shipping software, inventory management systems, and other relevant tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
