The ideal candidate will be tasked with serving food and drinks following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for food and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards. He or she will interact with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner. A server is responsible for ringing in guest checks, handling money and processing credit card payments following company policies and procedures. In addition, the server may be asked to assist with seating guests, clearing and setting tables, and preparing to go orders. Servers are expected to be engaging with our guests while providing a great dining experience.

The ideal candidate for this position has at least one year of experience in a restaurant setting, fine dining preferred. He or she has previous experience handling money and operating point-of-sales (POS) and credit/debit card processing systems and can work a weekday lunch schedule Monday-Thursday. There may be times where you are also asked to work nights, weekends, and holidays if extra help is needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills, good time management, and professional behavior are all required for this position. The ideal candidate will become knowledgeable of all dishes and drinks to make educated recommendations to our guests. A personable attitude with the ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment is key to being successful.
