**Standard Server Duties with an emphasis on wine knowledge and providing an exceptional guest experience**

and are willing to give a little extra to help support the cause that is MAXs

Ones who are there to support their team when called upon

Servers are treated like adults and given room to curate their style of service

While still upholding the high standards of MAXs Wine Dive and providing those exceptional guest experiences

Training does not end after you hit the floor, we value continued education and hold mandatory bi-weekly staff wine classes on Wednesdays

We are a small tightknit group and are looking for a very few select members to join the team

We feel a personality fit is as important as a resume with adequate hospitality experience

We are looking for people who want to come kick ass with us
