The eCommerce Sales Team Member is responsible for maintaining the ecommerce website which entails photography, photo editing, creating item descriptions, processing, and receiving orders, and customer service. This role requires significant email and phone correspondence and checking the website each day to update inventory and site content.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifies and processes merchandise to list
- Maintains ecommerce website (processes and receives orders, customer service and item descriptions)
- Processes ecommerce sales
- Tests and cleans merchandise, makes descriptions of merchandise for the website
- Responds to customer e-mails, processes ecommerce sales, picks, packages, and ships merchandise daily as sold
- Ensures the accuracy and completeness of orders
- Maintains a professional and productive work environment
- Scans, uploads, and prices items accordingly for sale
- Takes pictures and retouches images in Photoshop so images adhere to our standards
- Completes eBay/Amazon/Craigs List, etc. sales from listing, answers emails and ships the products
- Processes customer transactions promptly and accurately
- Maintains customer information
- Maintains all supplies required for shipping while staying within company provided expense guidelines
- Always maintains work area appearance for cleanliness and organization
- Provides a friendly, courteous, respectful customer service environment that clearly differentiates EZCORP from the competition
- Follows all Company policies
- Assists in audit activities as needed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience within retail environment
- 1 years of experience conducting sales in an online environment
- Knowledge of ecommerce marketing and keyword relevance to items sold (eBay, Offer Up, Store eCommerce site)
- Any jewelry or small electronics knowledge
- High School diploma or GED
