$15/hour plus commission!

- Experienced with using CRM or other customer service management programs.

Essential Functions
- Maintaining a debt collection queue using the support framework designed.
- Maintaining daily call volumes.
- Traces delinquent customers to new addresses by inquiring at post offices, telephone companies, credit bureaus, or through the questioning of neighbors
- Locates and monitors overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems.
- Records information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts
- Persuades customers to pay amounts due on credit accounts, damage claims, or non-payable checks.
- Understanding and adhering to client guidelines.
- Advises customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment
- Performs data entry, documentation, and maintenance of customer account(s).
- Reads, comprehends and adheres to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA).
- Reads, comprehends, and adheres to any and all applicable International Organization for Standardization (ISO) policies.
