The IT Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support in our Northern California and corporate offices. This role is critical in maintaining our daily operations, enhancing system productivity, and supporting our workforce. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in IT support, enjoy problem-solving, and demonstrate excellent teamwork skills. The following are general responsibilities for the position:

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and effective technical support via remote access, phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot network systems to maintain performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Install, set up, and configure computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment to support operational needs across departments.
• Provide one-on-one training and guidance as needed on new technologies, applications, and best practices.
• Liaise with office and field personnel for the repair and maintenance of IT equipment including laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, audio-visual equipment, and other electronic systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies to maintain access control.
• Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and IT activity logs to track efficiency and monitor ongoing technical support needs.
• Collaborate on IT development initiatives such as automation, standardization, and software testing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

· Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles, with proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating ambition, reliability, and collaboration.

· Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive customer-focused approach.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits as needed.

• Preferred experience with Bluebeam and Autodesk configuration and support.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
• VBA or strong Excel knowledge a plus.

Compensation and Benefits Include:

• Salary Range – $68,640 - $87,360

Pay: $68,640.00 - $87,360.00 per year
