We're looking for a Trim Puller to join our dynamic warehouse team!
As a Trim Puller with us, you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality finishing’s make it to our customers with accuracy and efficiency. Using RF scan guns and our digital warehouse management system, you'll help us maintain top-tier inventory accuracy while pulling and staging essential products like base trim, crown molding, stair treads, newels, and balusters.

Essential Job Functions:
· Safely move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
- Reads customer order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
- Loads and unloads trucks
- Sorts and places items on racks according to predetermined sequence
- Operates fork lift truck or hand truck to move or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to warehouse storage or work area
- Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to shipping department
- Stacks lumber in yard or in shed
- Drives diesel or gasoline powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices such as forklift to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials
- Performs other duties as required
Requirements
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Seeks to learn products and the applications
- Knows product locations in yard and warehouse
- Ability to read a measuring tape
- Keeps forklift clean
- Maintain yard cleanliness during course of work
Safety Requirements:
- Wears high visibility, safety PPE, and proper uniform
- Performs daily lift inspections
- Always looks behind/honks horn when backing/rounding blind corners
- Safely operates equipment
- Promptly report all accidents/incidents and damaged products
- Perform daily safety audit of forklift and promptly report any malfunctioning equipment
- Keep aisles and exits clear
