What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at McDade-Woodcock, Inc.?
McDade-Woodcock, Inc. is looking for a long term Project Coordinator to become part of the Project Management Team. Experience with computers including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required. Experience in the construction industry, specifically electrical contracting, is preferred. Project Coordinator duties will consist of assisting Project Managers with any administrative duties required. This may include developing and tracking requests for information (RFI’s) and submittals, assisting in tracking costs associated with time and material work, drafting subcontracts and purchase orders, filling out material requisitions, updating schedules, entering applications for payment and change orders, conveying information to and from the field, and/or any additional tasks as delegated by the Project Managers.

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
