PRIMARY ROLE:Day-to-day maintenance and servicing of assigned personal lines accounts for an established book of business. Formerly Holland Insurance. 

Including but not limited to:

• Maintaining a high level of client service and satisfaction
• Marketing & placement of renewal accounts as appropriate
• Achieving agency account retention goals through proactive account rounding, up-selling of limits and coverages, and by providing extraordinary client service in a team oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• DUTIES: Day-to-day servicing of a personal lines book of business,
• Assisting producers in writing and retaining commercial accounts,
• Quoting new business opportunities.
• Work in a team oriented environment.

Reports to Property and Casualty Manager

Requirements

• Appropriate State license(s).
•  Minimum 3 years insurance brokerage or equivalent experience.
• Could work from our South Bend location. Formerly Holland Insurance Group
• Extensive knowledge of personal lines insurance, especially those products represented through multiple insurance companies.

Experience and expertise in operating in electronic environment; excellent automation skills, including MIS, Outlook, Word, Excel, document management software, carrier proprietary systems, and phone systems
