McGrew Equipment, founded in 1999, is a full-service auction house that specializes in construction & tractor auctions. McGrew hosts a bi-weekly auction that allows for both online bidding and on-location bidding at our headquarters in Seven Valleys, PA.
This position is accountable for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This position will be accountable for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical and auction duties as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to the following):

- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate or transfer to voicemail.
- Greets and directs visitors to the company.
- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
- Receives, sorts and forward’s incoming mail.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- Enter service workorders in NetSuite.
- Enter parts invoices into NetSuite.
- Processing title changes.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Essential Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds and may infrequently lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds. Specific vision abilities required of this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
