Director of Corporate Compliance & Risk Management

Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in education, special education, psychology, human services, or related field.
Minimum of five years’ experience in the field of developmental disabilities or related human services field.
Must have excellent writing and communication skills, with knowledge of documenting, collecting, and analyzing data.
Must possess good presentation skills, with the ability to meet with and articulate to local, county, and state officials.
Must possess knowledge & experience of utilizing state based reporting mechanisms – specifically incident reporting & the “Enterprise Incident Management” system.
Must have knowledge and understanding of HIPAA, including all state & federal
regulatory requirements governing Intermediate Care Facilities and Title XIX services.
Must possess knowledge and fundamental understanding of the corporate compliance structure & implementation needs/process.
Must be a self-starter & independent with the ability to work collaboratively with peers and all agency personnel.

Ability to pass physical and drug screening
Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance
Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting)
TB testing
