Overview
Servicing Auditor
The Servicing Auditor is responsible for a post-closing review of residential mortgage loans for adherence to servicing guidelines provided by FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and/or USDA. ADFITECH audit processes have been designed to incorporate many important aspects of the “servicing package” including Property Charges, Customer Service actions (QWR), written notifications and mailings to the Borrower, Collection activities, Payment Processing and Property Inspections.
What you will do (Responsibilities)
Essential Job Functions & Requirements
• Review documentation provided to loan file, and index/classify as needed.
• Ability to interpret Income, Asset, Credit, and loan servicing documentation for adherence to prescribed requirements
• Determine client’s exposure to risk in relation to loan foreclosure, bankruptcy, or REO services.
• Review Subject property eligibility, in accordance with investor standards
• Any other duties as Assigned
What you will bring (Qualifications)
Required Education/Work Experience
High School diploma/GED with bachelor’s degree in finance, or banking or banking experience is a plus. Preferred experience in the mortgage industry with preference given to those with a background including Mortgage Servicing, Loan Administration, escrow services, Loss Mitigation or other mortgage financial services.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to concisely explain loan defects in narrative form.
• Ability to multitask and navigate several programs and applications.
• Strong analytical skills, and able to make decisions based on best available data
• Must adhere to strict confidentiality and security policies to protect Non-Public Information.
