Our managers work a five-day workweek. An additional day's pay will be issued if a sixth day is worked. Benefits include six paid holidays and vacations.

Assistant Manager Qualifications :
- Must have at least two (2) years of work experience in a related field preferably in a scratch kitchen.
- Ability to work friendly and professionally in a high-paced, dynamic environment that requires multi-tasking, maintaining diplomacy, and making sound judgments or recommendations throughout all stressful environments.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities :
- Assist in the implementation of day-to-day operations of the unit including visual quality inspections of all food being served, ensuring all associates are delivering exceptional customer service through the food serving line and dining room, proper portion control, and cashier accuracy.
- Teaches the highest standard of customer service to all employees through everyday interactions, role play, and setting an example.
- Coach, mentor, and counsel employees, including cross-training to prepare them for promotion
- Assist in recruiting developing and retaining appropriately skilled staff to work in the restaurant and / or handle catering and banquet events
