Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including , commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by conducting thorough cleaning of surfaces, fixtures, and furniture.
• Execute floor care duties such as buffing and waxing as necessary to maintain polished surfaces.
• Assist with custodial duties in commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are sanitized and organized.
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Participate in facilities maintenance activities, reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations and high-quality service delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care methods and equipment operation is advantageous.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or porter services will be considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
