We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position will support all areas of the department, including but not limited to a variety of administrative duties including data entry, vendor coordination, and collaboration on projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform online research on companies to accurately assign them to the appropriate market segment based on predefined criteria
- Conduct data cleanse on customer account in CRM platform
- Assist team members with reporting and data entry, including weekly Customer Survey administration
- Process Marketing invoices while maintaining and updating monthly expense records, reconciling discrepancies, and preparing regular expense reports to support budget tracking
- Act as liaison between our internal sales teams and Marketing, processing requests from the field and assigning tasks where needed
- Support Marketing Team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask, eager to learn new skills, and works well individually as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Has a positive attitude and a high level of energy, enthusiasm, initiative, responsibility, and passionate about our mission of serving our customers
- Proactive, thoughtful, coachable, self-motivated, analytical, detail oriented, organized and able to effectively communicate across multiple business units and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others on projects and assignments to achieve optimal results with a strong work ethic
- Proven hands-on team player where no task is too small
- Ability to work within deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
