Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk / Customer Service Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the cleanliness of our club.
Responsibilities:
- Greet every member and guest with a warm welcome and smile
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with various questions
- Sign guests up for memberships and schedule members for Personal Training orientation
- Assist with billing questions and handle member concerns
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized environment by refilling paper products, disinfectant bottles, folding towels, and restocking shelves
- Manage inventory of drinks, cooler goods, and protein bars, as well as merchandising products and keeping the cooler stocked
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A high school graduate or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills, able to interact positively and professionally with members and coworkers
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
