The Customer Services Specialist I will troubleshoot and respond to a wide variety of client inquiries, issues and requests, and also act as a liaison between Customer Services and the internal mdxhealth departments. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to requesting and tracking specimen procurement requests and specimens.

• Position is onsite in Irvine, CA. The shift is Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm (Pacific Time)
• Minimum of two years’ previous customer service experience.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Starting rate is $20.19 per hour.
