We are adding a Quality Technician for our Foundry in Tempe, AZ. We are looking for a reliable professional seeking to grow a long term career who likes being at the heart of the action getting dirty and gritty side by side his or her team. Pay will be 60-75k plus and quarterly bonus eligible.
Successful Candidates should have:
Manufacturing Quality Tech Experience
Good “ownership” attributes
Super safety awareness and attention to detail as team will be pouring hot liquid metal
Must like to getting dirty and being on the floor with the team versus in the office.
Organizational skills and ability to follow step by step process directions
Math and admin skills
Strong communicator and team player
Must be able to work in high heat conditions
Nice to Haves:
Foundry experience
Science, engineering, or mechanical knowledge or education for advancement potential
Military, outdoor construction, manual labor experience
