Meadowbrook Acres, located in Charleston, WV is looking to grow our team of great employees!
We are currently looking for an experienced Floor Care Technician to grow our crew in our Environmental department.
This includes stripping, waxing, buffing, sealing, and general floor care for our customers.
This position is approximately full time variable hours, Monday - Friday with some weekends required.
We will train the right people if you do not have experience!
In addition to floor care, there will also at times be the requirement of some light to moderate janitorial work. These responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning
- Disinfecting
- Sweeping
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Emptying trash cans
- Cleaning bathrooms and break rooms
- Refilling dispensers

- Floor Care Technician/Specialist Qualifications:
- Some experience required in a related field with a minimum of one (1) year - Must be accountable and coachable to train if you have no experience.
- Able to perform work to a high standard, with great attention to detail.
- Able and willing to work effectively on own and with at times minimal supervision.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work and a valid driver's license, as this position may require driving a company vehicle. Also will require that you are insurable under the company's auto insurance policies.
