Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance resident care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for residents.
- Ensure high standards of care are maintained for all residents, including those with dementia or other memory-related conditions.

Requirements
- Nursing Home Administrator License for the State of Illinois.
- Minimum 3 yrs experience in the role of a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field;
- Proven experience in a leadership role within senior care or nursing home settings.
- Strong knowledge of operations management principles as they relate to healthcare facilities.
- Experience in dementia care or memory care is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing nursing homes is essential.
