Overview :
The Measurabl Business Development Representative serves as the first point of connection to Measurabl for a prospective customer. Their focus is to identify and qualify new / existing prospects and develop relationships through prospecting, researching, and outreach.

Prospecting & Research
Researching and identifying potential customers that align with Measurabl's target market Research company contacts to determine the appropriate person to contactStay up to date on ESG, Sustainability and industry newsContinue to prospect in the face of adversity and / or rejection with resilience and optimismUtilize creative prospecting techniques to locate potential contacts and connect with themGrow and manage pipeline in Salesforce
Outreach
Use research to connect with potential customers through methods of cold contactsQualify candidate companies & contacts through discovery meetingsCreate an amazing first impression with prospects through emails, discovery calls, and other interactionsBuild unique strategies for key accounts & resurrect stalled dealsFacilitate introductions to Account Executives Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers and provide them updates on our products and servicesAttend conferences / relevant industry events that drive networking and relationship-buildingGenerate country / event / market segment-specific campaigns
Education & Experience :

High School Diploma or GEDSix months to a year of experience in a sales or business development roleSix months to a year of experience in real estate and / or sustainability industryLeed Green Certification, CSRD, or other sustainability related certifications A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities aboveFluent in languages other than English (French, Spanish, Dutch, etc.)
