Responsibilities
- Provides strategic leadership for the enterprise-wide Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards while driving quality excellence across all facilities.
- Builds and mentors a best-in-class quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while developing future quality leaders.
- Defines and executes quality departmental objectives aligned to the company strategy.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build and uphold effective systems and related processes.
- Serves as a quality ambassador, proactively addressing concerns and leading resolution of complex quality challenges while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Drives data-driven decision making through comprehensive quality metrics analysis, including audits, customer scorecards, and cost of quality measurements to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Maintains an effective corrective and preventative action plan to ensure continuous improvement in quality metrics.
- Develops and achieves the annual quality budget.
- Completes other projects as assigned.

- ASQ Certification preferred.
- Ten years of quality experience in a manufacturing background required.
