We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team at a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have 5years experience with materials handling, quality control, milling machines, and fabrication processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery in a manufacturing facility
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Utilize GD&T principles for accurate part measurement
- Fabricate parts using various tools and equipment
- Work with calipers and other measuring instruments
- Follow CAM programming instructions for machine operations
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls is a plus
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is preferred
- Proficiency in operating milling machines and other industrial equipment
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
